Food Service Management

Aiming for success at an early age

The goal of Food Service Management program at KDU is to turn out restaurant managers who have an executive ability and chefs who have business management skills. The curriculum of Food Service Management program is designed to have students equipped with theoretical knowledge of Food Service management and practical job skills. The students of this program will learn the every aspect of the kitchen operations as well as restaurant operation. Also, the students should have practicum training in Restaurant, or in Catering Service Company, at least two sessions before the graduate. The graduates of this program have recorded almost 100% of job finding rate at the time their graduate.
