Deep Ocean Water Study Program of Kyungdong University is the only such program in Korea. In This program students will learn various aspects of deep ocean water, which is a chunk of glacier-melted fresh water in deep ocean. Deep Ocean Water Study is gathering attention as a way to solve 21st century problems including food, energy, and environment. During the early years of study, students focus on basic knowledge of oceanography, sea environment, and the theory of deep ocean water.
