The job of dental hygienists is to clean teeth, examine patients for signs of oral diseases such as gingivitis, and provide other preventive dental care. They also educate patients on ways to improve and maintain good oral health. The goal of the Kyungdong University Dental Hygiene Programs is to train students to become experts in the field of dental hygiene, who are equipped with upright personality, leadership, and spirit of volunteering, by utilizing systematic and scientific teaching methods. The program will foster a competent dental hygienist through clinical practice closely related to the actual field and activities affiliated with the community.
