Bachelor of Korean Studies
Korean Studies Program at Kyungdong University aims to prepare domestic and international students to be Korean Language teachers and experts in Koreanology, as well. The curriculum of this program is designed to achieve this goal of the program by including such courses as Teaching Korean as a Foreign Language, Multicultural Counselling and Immigration Law of Korea. At the successful completion of this program students will be awarded a Bachelor of Art degree in Korean Studies, Teacher’s Certificate in Teaching Korean as a Foreign Language, and Certificate of Multi-Culture Counsellor.

Nowadays, Korea has come to be known to the world not only for its rapid economic growth but for its wide spreading popular culture, which gives ample opportunities of the employment to the graduates of this program. Graduates will teach at College and University language centers, Overseas Korean Language institutes such as Sejong Hakdang, and Overseas International Schools.
