Early childhood educators play an important role in the development of young children, in a role that requires ethics, expertise, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
Department of Early Childhood Education will provide you with the basic knowledge you will require to provide young children with an education that is in their best interests. By understanding and respecting young children’s rights, you will be able to provide education that is crucial to their development in a manner as is in line with the changing times. The programs available include the learning of theoretical knowledge, field education, and mentoring opportunities.
In addition to your qualification as a Level 2 Early Childhood Teacher, Level 2 Childcare Provider, or a Teacher to Disabled Children upon graduation, the credits you will obtain from your studies will provide you with the foundation for furthering your early childhood education credentials to be applicable in a wider range of fields related to early childhood education and to be internationally recognized.
Our students receive individualized education from the teaching staff from the start to the finish of their chosen course, to maximize their ability as early childhood educators. If you enjoy interacting with children and have a desire to help them get the most out of their education in their formative years, you have found your calling as an early childhood educator.
