Dentistry is an integral part of life, and the application of dental technology in dental procedures is becoming both increased and diversified. Students will gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the use of dental prosthetics for restoring the appearance and function of damaged or missing teeth and the surrounding tissues, as well as in the production and application of corrective devices intended for the prevention and treatment of misaligned teeth. Dental prosthetics and corrective devices are installed inside the mouth for the improvement of the oral functions of eating and speech, and to achieve a more attractive appearance of the face. The dental technology curriculums offered at Kyungdong University will prepare you with the theoretical knowledge, advanced techniques, and the aesthetic sense needed to create dental prosthetics and corrective devices that will fulfill both functional and beautifying functions.
